eac3to can extract and convert LPCM, but it's a windows program. VLC has trouble playing multi-channel PCM tracks in MKV. Please let me know how I can help resolve these critical errors. The distortion at the beginning of each chapter is still there, but I can live with that unless I find out what Im doing wrong. But then what I did was used the program MPEG Streamclip and it put all those individual files into one. I dont know if that has anything to do with it. I noticed at the beginning of each chapter for just a second the picture is all distorted. I used handbrake and did one chapter at a time, ending up with 24 individual.
